6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Ki887 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

The ki887 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ki887 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

12. Termination & Account Closure

Ki887 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account and withhold associated funds at its sole discretion where ki887 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC verification
• Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligation
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ki887 or its other players

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms or suspected illegal activity, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Ki887 will provide written notification of any account closure and the reasons for it, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or is otherwise prohibited by law.
